Sacramento Tunnels

Sacramento
Zombies and Haunted Places

Day 7 of the Believe It Tour will see the crew making our way a little south west into the Central Valley to Sacramento, CA. This beautiful tree lined city is located where the Sacramento and American Rivers meet and is a city of great historical significance to the state.

In 1839 John Sutter settled in Sacramento where he established one of the first trading colonies and built Sutter's Fort. When gold was discovered in Coloma in 1848, Sacramento became forever established in history as an important hub for commerce and as California's oldest incorporated city.

When the crew arrives in Sacramento we will have a day jam-packed with adventure. We plan to start with exploring the mysterious and allegedly haunted tunnels under some of the buildings downtown. Then we'll head over to the old Governor's Mansion State Historic Park to hear some spooky ghost stories before visiting the historic City Cemetery. After that we'll head to mid-town to follow up on a previous visit to the Maydestone Apartment building. We'll finally end our busy day with visiting the founders of the nation's first Zombie Walk and the Trash Film Orgy Festival.

Check back to see if the crew had any paranormal encounters in the tunnels or if we got drafted to participate in another Zombie Walk.

UPDATE

The crew had a busy, but fantastic day in Sacramento. We met some amazing people, saw some interesting and unexplained things, and heard some great stories. Check out our Sacramento adventures.
